- Hourly Rates: There is minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.
- Fixed Price: We are happy to provide fixed price costing for any work. Please call our office for more details.
- All Prices Are Subject To 20% VAT.

Additional Information
- Rubbish Removal: Rubbish removal is charged at £25 + VAT per bag of rubbish. We will always offer to use your bins before we remove rubbish.
- Materials: Are charged at trade prices plus a 20% markup and are subject to VAT.
- Material Collection: Non stock items are kept to a minimum. It will be charged at the half hourly rate that applies at that time and is capped at 1 hour.
- Invoices: Will be sent via email and are due for payment within 24 hours of being issued.
