Plant room upgrade

We were called to a development of 16 luxury apartments with heating and hot water problems. The system was not heating up correctly and as a result the residents had spent a lot of money without much progress. Attimo put together a plan to get the system upgraded in the most cost effective way. The work was spread out over 12 months to limit disruption to the residents. The system was only heating up to 45 degrees when we started the job and when we left it was getting to its design target temperature of 80 degrees. We now carry out the maintenance here on a yearly basis and have reduced breakdowns and faults compared to previous years by between 75-85%.
